Cookie Notice and Privacy Choices
The essential, functional and analytics storage used by Quartz Recovery.
Your choice
We use essential storage automatically because the services cannot work securely without it. Functional and analytics storage remain off until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie Preferences or Privacy Choices; withdrawal takes effect for future collection.
Categories
- Essential: authentication, security, payment continuity, load balancing, fraud protection, accessibility settings and your consent record.
- Functional: optional convenience preferences that are not required for the requested service.
- Analytics: consented, minimised product measurements. PostHog and session replay are off until opt-in. Addresses, vehicle registrations, names, email addresses and phone numbers must not be sent in analytics events.
Diagnostics
We may use minimised Sentry error diagnostics where necessary to keep the service secure and reliable. Default personal-data collection and public-site replay are disabled. Diagnostic events should contain technical failure details, not booking content.
Device permissions
Mobile permissions such as camera, photos, microphone and location are controlled through your device settings. They are not cookies. The app explains why each permission is needed before requesting it.
