How much does vehicle recovery cost?
The price depends on the journey, vehicle, its condition and any loading or access requirements. You see the complete payable price before payment, including the driver’s service and Quartz’s remuneration. There is no fixed homepage price: compare the quotes available for your actual recovery.
How quickly can a recovery driver arrive?
Arrival estimates depend on suitable drivers near the pickup, traffic and the work required. Review the estimate alongside each available quote. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time, and a suitable driver may not always be available.
Can I travel with my vehicle?
Passenger transport is not automatically included. It must be agreed separately with the driver and depends on lawful seating, capacity, insurance and safety conditions. Discuss your needs before travelling, and follow the driver’s safety instructions.

Cancellation depends on the stage of your booking. There is no deduction before the driver is en route. Later deductions must reflect evidenced reasonable costs and are capped by job stage. If the driver cancels, fails to attend or cannot perform, you may choose a full refund or a replacement without another platform charge. Your statutory rights still apply.
