Care at every
stage of recovery.

From the details you share to the driver who takes on the job, a responsible recovery starts long before loading the vehicle.

Shared responsibility for the journey.

Before the journey

The right information makes a difference.

Before your driver arrives.

A suitable recovery starts with an accurate request. Help your driver understand the vehicle, location and any special requirements.

Read customer responsibilities
  1. Describe the vehicle’s condition

Explain whether it rolls, steers and brakes, and mention damage, missing keys or other issues that could affect loading.

  2. Explain the pickup location

Include access restrictions such as car-park height limits, narrow entrances or a location that is difficult to reach.

  3. Discuss passenger arrangements

Vehicle recovery does not automatically include passenger transport. Agree any requirements with the driver before the job.

Stay connected.
Keep the details clear.

The app brings your booking and updates together. Use it to keep relevant information with the recovery, rather than scattered across separate conversations.

Communicate changes

Tell the driver if the vehicle condition, pickup point or access changes. A small detail can affect how the recovery is carried out.

Follow active progress

Check the app for available job updates and tracking during an active recovery. Arrival estimates can change with traffic and job conditions.

Protect your information

Keep passwords and full payment-card details private. Share only the information needed for the booking with the appropriate person.

When something isn’t right

Speak up.
Give us the context.

Immediate danger?

Contact the emergency services if there is an immediate threat to life or safety. Quartz support and recovery booking are not emergency-response services.

For a recovery or platform concern

Send your booking reference, what happened and when it happened. Explain whether the issue relates to communication, the vehicle, conduct or the booking itself. Avoid including other people’s unnecessary personal information.
