8. Quartz Recovery Refund Policy

At Quartz Recovery, we strive to deliver fast and reliable vehicle recovery services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our customers and drivers. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • Call-Out Fees:
    ・ No Refund for Completed Call-Outs: Once a driver has been dispatched and is en route to your location, the call-out fee is non-refundable—regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the service.
    ・ Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if the issue is directly caused by Quartz Recovery (e.g., system errors or technical faults on our platform).
    ・ Customer-Related Issues: If the issue arises due to customer actions (e.g., incorrect information, no longer requiring assistance, or being unavailable), no refund will be provided.
  • Driver Subscription Fees:
    ・ Non-Refundable Payments: All driver subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once paid. These fees are allocated to marketing and operational costs to support driver success on our platform.
    ・ Service Credit: In cases where a driver experiences a platform-related error, Quartz Recovery may, at its discretion, offer a one-month subscription credit.
  • Late or Missed Appointments
    ・No Compensation Policy: If a driver is late or encounters issues that delay the job, no monetary compensation will be provided. The job will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
