Our commitment
Quartz Recovery aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across its public website, customer service and driver app. We design for keyboard use, screen readers, text resizing, sufficient contrast, visible focus, reduced motion, clear errors and plain language.
Recovery accessibility
Tell us about communication or access needs when requesting recovery. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate in a suitable way and match relevant vehicle requirements. Passenger transport is not automatically part of a recovery; support can help discuss safe alternatives if the recovery truck cannot lawfully accommodate a passenger or mobility equipment.
Known limitations and feedback
Third-party maps, payment screens and support widgets may have limitations outside our direct control. We assess suppliers and provide alternative support where practical. Email support@quartzrecovery.com or call 0808 502 2241 with the page, device and problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
