About Quartz Recovery
Quartz Recovery is operated by QUARTZ RECOVERY LIMITED, company number 16774863, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.
Quartz Recovery is a UK-wide digital marketplace for vehicle recovery. We connect customers with independent recovery drivers. The driver, not Quartz Recovery, supplies the recovery service. Quartz facilitates the booking, communication, evidence and payment process and acts as the driver’s payment-collection agent.
Who may use the platform
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Drivers must also meet the eligibility, insurance, licensing, vehicle and conduct requirements in the Driver Platform Agreement and policies.

Important launch information
Quartz Recovery’s ICO registration reference and VAT registration details will be published only after verification. No statement on the platform that a price is “VAT included” should be relied on unless the invoice identifies the verified VAT status of the relevant supplier.
